I Love Spring Book Tag

Hi everyone! Now that we’re properly getting into Spring, I thought I would participate in the I Love Spring Book Tag, which was created by Amanda and Helene. Let’s get started!

1) How is Spring where you live?

Unpredictable! I live in England so one day it can be really nice and sunny, and the next it can be pouring down with rain.

2) Most anticipated book release this Spring?

I couldn’t choose just one! These are all releasing next month and I’m so excited for them all… They all sound like some really cute multi-dimensional reads covering some really important topics!

3) Show us a book cover that makes you think of Spring.

Serendipity! This released back in January, I still haven’t had the chance to read it yet but the colours on the cover just make me think of Spring. After reading More Than Mistletoe I was on the search for more anthologies and this one looks like it’ll be really cute!

4) Where are you going to read this Spring?

Probably outside, in my garden. We’ve been doing a lot of work out there recently and it’s looking really nice, so I can’t wait to sit outside in the sun and read!

5) Find a cover with the sun on it!

We Were Liars by E. Lockhart. I read this back in September when I had Covid and really enjoyed it, although I still don’t think it lives up to the hype! That being said, it’s still a really great read, so I’d still recommend picking it up.

6) What are your favorite Spring reads?

For some reason I always find myself rereading The Sun Is Also A Star and Everything, Everything at this time of year! Nicola Yoon is definitely up there with my favourite authors and I love both of these books so much – they’re both such amazing reads!

7) Find a book with many different colors on it.

She Gets The Girl by Rachael Lippincott and Alyson Derrick, which released back in March! I read this recently and it was super cute – and the perfect read for spring and summer, too! The ‘working together to get with their respective crushes only to fall for each other’ is one of my favourite tropes so I really enjoyed this!

8) Whom do you tag?

Anyone who would like to participate!

Have you read any of these? Will you participating in this book tag? Let me know in the comments, I’d love to check out your post!

I hope you enjoyed this tag!

  1. I haven’t read any of these but that cover for Serendipity is just beautiful, it would make me pick it up immediately. I have a pile of Greek myths and legends books to read, I’ve been saving them for when I can sit in our garden, like you! x

  6. Great answers! Our spring has been pretty unpredictable as well; one warm sunny day then it turns to several days of chilly wind and rain. I’m so ready for summer!
